  • We recommend coming for an introductory groom as soon as your pets receive their first set of vaccinations as both pups and kittens both benefit from an early introduction to grooming, so that they can begin the desensitization process and learn that grooming can be a safe and fun experience!

  • Every pets needs can vary depending on their coat type and length. As a general rule of thumb, 6-8 weeks is a good schedule to keep their coats maintained and healthy. All pets are special and different, so feel free to contact us for specifically tailored suggestions on how to best keep their coats smooth and slick!

  • We do not require your pets have their vaccines to be groomed, however we strongly suggest all pets be up to date and current on their vet recommended vaccinations, especially when coming into environments such as boarding or grooming, to ensure they stay their healthiest.

  • To keep both other animals and the facility clean, we do not accept any pets that have fleas or lice. If your pet has them, we kindly ask that you reschedule after they have been treated. If we find fleas on your pet after they have been checked in, we must provide treatment with flea shampoo and spray our area to disinfect. This will be susceptible to an additional charge of $20.

  • We believe every pet deserves to be clean and comfortable and will attempt to help your pet work towards feeling safe when coming in for grooming. Let us know ahead of time if your pet may require extra time or attention, and we will book them during quiet times to help lessen stress and build trust. We will create a care plan tailored for your pet specifically, so that both us, and you at home, can work at helping your pet gain confidence.

  • Yes! We understand sometimes its just easier to book yourself, and do offer online booking. Our service will automatically update to reflect current open dates and times. Please keep in mind that we may need to contact you for further details, or to alter your appointment if there is a conflict.

  • We strive to make paying as easy as possible for everyone! We accept payment through cash, e-transfer, or square! This means we can also take debit, and all major credit cards!
